Position Summary
Customers are the lifeblood of our company and we’re looking for a results-driven Implementation Manager with proven experience implementing multiple concurrent client implementations. You must have experience with cloud-based systems, excellent customer service skills and the innate knowledge to know when to run with something versus when to escalate an issue. Above all else, you must be passionate about delivering best-in-class customer service.
As an Implementation Manager, you will own the client onboarding and training process from beginning to end, helping new clients make a smooth transition from their previous talent development system. You will be responsible for the product implementation from the requirements gathering through project launch phase and turn over to Client Support.
At the end of the day, you will be the human face behind an amazing product. You will become the person our customers rely on to get an important job done well.

Responsibilities
Become an absolute expert regarding Schoox product and services
Evaluate the current technical landscape within a customer’s processes, determining how to best meet the identified objectives and associated success metrics
Leading stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple teams and domains throughout the organization, with the goal of engendering collaboration and providing visibility at all levels
Execute the program requirements gathering process and facilitate product configuration or train/assist the Client with the configuration of the product.
Facilitate effective communication between constituents by maintaining direct and routine dialogue aimed at resolving roadblocks, as the subject matter expert on Schoox’s product, processes and policies.
Exhibit the appropriate skills to overcome roadblocks and promote the appropriate collaboration and team work within the company and with the client.
Requirements
5+ years of experience of SaaS software implementation consulting or transferrable work
Excellent project management skills. Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
Self-starter with a passion for solving customer problems and a strong attention to detail
Able to distill information down to written artifacts including requirements documents, reporting success metrics, and presentations, tailoring those artifacts to their specific audience
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to client needs
Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid
Bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science (or a proven strong background).
Experience with Schoox product is a plus.

Job Environment
Employees of Schoox work independently from home offices. Each employee should have the capacity within their home to set up a work environment or office. Schoox provides a computer, phone stipend and office supplies for all employees.
