This is a fully remote position!Position Description
As a BDR here, you will be on the front lines, working to identify and qualify new business opportunities. This role is mission-critical, as the health of the sales pipeline is dependent on BDR performance. You’ll have the support of the Executive team, your manager, marketing, and the other members of the Schoox family, not to mention our own Schoox University. Qualify and Convert inbound leads from Demo Requests, Trade Shows, Marketing campaigns, etc
Become an expert in LMS and Talent Development, and the industry hot-buttons most important to our prospects
Identify and add appropriate target prospects, based on Schoox Ideal Customer Profile, to existing outbound prospecting campaign
Execute tasks against outbound prospecting campaigns in Outreach.io, which consist of a series of touch-points including Calls, Emails, and LinkedIn
Support company awareness efforts by driving prospects to attend webinars and live events via phone and email
Maintain Salesforce.com with accurate, timely, data entry and notes
Schedule meetings for Account Executives to meet with prospects, once qualified
Execute micro-campaigns in support of the territories you are assigned
Exceed Daily activity targets
Exceed monthly goals for Opportunities created
Requirements:
1-3 years of success in SaaS selling or generating leads by phone and email
Sharp business acumen with strong written and verbal communication skills
A “Hunter” mentality - not afraid to pick up the phone
Proven discipline in a remote work environment
Previous experience with Sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo
Experience selling a Learning or HR solution
