Schreiner Group is looking for a full-time Account Receivable who will provide accounting and clerical support. This is a blended position that include administrative duties and greeting visitors into our facility. Responsibilities: - Meet and greet all visitors, communicating the current visitor and or contractor policy to all visitors, ensuring all visitors wear the appropriate protective clothing and identification and ensuring all visitors are have signed the guest register and are properly accompanied through the facility. - Operate the company main telephone line and assist callers as needed - Maintains a central file of all material Safety Data Sheets for all materials used by the company - Maintain all Quality and Facility Documents Management Systems - Properly enter invoices into accounting software - Order office supplies, and other items as directed - Coordinates the U.S distribution of the seasonal company gifts to customers, associates and colleagues; sources materials, arranges assembly and coordinate shipping. - Main responsibilities ensure proper billing of customers and Account Receivable duties - Coordinate shipping documentation and arrangements on international shipments - Updating customer portals - Provide administrative support to Controller Requirements/Qualifications: - Associate Degree or related college coursework completed - 1-2 years of accounting experience or 2-3 years of relevant experience and/or training - Some knowledge of SAP, ERP, Ariba preferred but not required - Strong computer and communication skills - Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required - Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously - Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office - Ability to lift up 30 pounds Company Description Schreiner Group LP is the North American Manufacturing location of Schreiner Group GmbH and Co.
