POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides overall support to the HR department. Responsible for scheduling applicants. Process new hires, background checks. Assist with general office duties like filing, copying, printing, etc. Assist SMR employees with questions. Must be bilingual in Spanish. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Process new hires and background checks. * Schedule drug tests and new hire process. * Process and distribute all incoming mail. * Assemble new hire packets. * Scanning employee paperwork. * Employment Verification * Update HR and cafeteria bulletin board * Send employee communication to offsite locations * Maintain work shoes log and process reimbursement. * Process progress reports * Order supplies * Miscellaneous duties as assigned SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Good customer service skills * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. * Ability to communicate well with others, both written and oral. * Spanish bilingual required. * Team player WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment.
