Position: Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Appliance Delivery and Installation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and installing a variety of home appliances, ensuring they are set up and functioning properly. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver and install home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.

Ensure appliances are installed correctly and are functioning properly.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and answer any questions.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues during the delivery and installation process.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and installations.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in appliance delivery and installation.

Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical connections related to appliance installation.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy appliances safely.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
