Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers. The technician will be responsible for providing high-quality repair services to our customers, ensuring their appliances are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.

Perform maintenance and service checks on appliances.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their appliance issues and repair needs.

Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.

Order and replace parts as needed.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician.

Strong knowledge of home appliance repair and maintenance.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Certification from a technical school or completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.
