Besides football, we’re the Official Base Supplier to MLB and have been on the field since 1939 and we are the largest domestic maker of batters helmets in the U.S.A. We also make lacrosse helmets worn by many of the top Division I teams and players.

As the Schutt Sports Virginia Business Development Manager, you will promote our product to local high schools, universities and leagues. You will work with the support staff at our headquarters while driving business and selling alongside our dealer network while assisting in sales forecasting and performance goal setting. This is not an Independent Sales Representative position.

Applicants must have 1-3 years of experience in Sales with a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business.

You are encouraged to apply if you played college football and have previous football coaching experience.
