High-volume, fast-paced plaintiff personal injury law firm located in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a reliable full-time pre-litigation legal assistant/paralegal. Job duties will include but are not limited to: client contact; correspondence; scheduling; property damage; screening potential new clients; contact with insurance companies; medical records; preparing demands; and other duties as necessary. Must be organized, detail-oriented, motivated, efficient, and able to prioritize a heavy case load. Experience required. Work will be performed in the office, not remotely.
