    Job Description

    Scientific Drilling is looking for a COURIER to work at our APPLIED TECHNOLOGIES CENTER IN PASO ROBLES, CA. Scientific Drilling is an independent directional drilling and wellbore navigation, surveying and logging Service Company serving customers worldwide. Our industry leading navigation systems provide definitive wellbore placement information, enabling safer and more efficient placement of tightly spaced wellbores throughout the world. The COURIER will work as part of our administration department and will report to our Facilities Manager. This position will transport a wide variety of hardware to and from offsite calibration facilities within Paso Robles and pick up and deliver materials & supplies to local vendors.

    KEY JOB JUNCTIONS:

    • Transports a wide variety of hardware to and from offsite calibration facilities within Paso Robles.
    • Picks up and delivers materials & supplies to local vendors.
    • Maintains inventory, stocks janitorial supplies.
    • Picks up and delivers company mail and miscellaneous transport duties as assigned.
    • Interacts with vendors and suppliers when needed.
    • Adhere to and improve safety standards.
    • Manage workstation and practice good housekeeping techniques.
    • May be required to work overtime.
    • Pursue every job with drive and determination.
    • Use logic to solve problems with effective solutions.
    • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma.
    • Clean DMV record.

    • Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, telephone and vehicles. Ability to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to, safety glasses, hardhat, reinforced toed shoes, coveralls, gloves, and ear plugs or muffs.
