Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR WITH STRONG FORECASTING EXPERIENCE. THIS PERSON WILL HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PHARMACEUTICAL DATA WITH SIGNIFICANT FORECASTING EXPERIENCE, STRONG EXCEL SKILLS AND IDEALLY WILL HAVE PATIENT-FLOW MAPPING SKILLS. PREFERENCE IS A BACKGROUND IN ONCOLOGY AND SOMEONE WITH PATIENT-LEVEL DATA SUCH AS CLAIMS EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework (business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics or relevant fields);

• 2-4 YEARS OF RELEVANT POST-COLLEGIATE JOB EXPERIENCE DOING FORECASTING AND/OR MARKETING ANALYTICS AT A PHARMA COMPANY OR A PHARMA FOCUSED CONSULTING FIRM. A PHD MAY SUBSTITUTE IN LIEU OF WORK EXPERIENCE;

• DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF PHARMA DATA SOURCES – syndicated as well as non-syndicated;

• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;

• Strong oral and written communication skills;

• Empathy, adaptability and high personal impact;

• Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;

• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks;

• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, team leadership.
