Scissors & Scotch in Uptown is seeking an outgoing and friendly bartender to join our team!

Scissors and Scotch is a unique barbershop with a full-service bar and lounge. Our bartenders are passionate about fine sprits, taking care of people, being day-makers, and building lasting relationships with our guests!

Compensation:- $12/hour base pay- Tips average 30%- Commission on membership sales Benefits:- PTO- Health Benefits- Paid Parking - Fun events, great clientele, amazing culture!Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, strong work ethic, and passionate about hospitality- 2-3 years of bartending experience, craft cocktail experience preferred- Knowledge of spirits (including scotch & bourbon) preferred- Must be available to work evenings (until 9pm) and weekends (until 8pm)- TABC certified

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area- Prepare drinks consistently according to S&S recipes- Provide memorable, 5+ star experience to all guests- Make drink recommendations based on guest preferences- Open and close bar- Ingredient prep
