Our compensation model is designed to provide a solid foundation while also rewarding your best efforts. We offer an hourly base pay with a competitive commission structure for both services & product sales. (And don't forget those tips!) We have Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available. All Full-Time employees (Average 32 hours/week) are also offered PTO, Healthcare Benefits and a monthly Gym Membership allowance.
