    Position Summary We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, help lead a team of baristas, and ensure that every guest receives excellent service with a smile.

    What You’ll Do  Assist with managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.  Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.  Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.  Train, coach, and develop baristas to meet performance and quality standards.  Support inventory management, ordering, and cash handling.  Help achieve sales goals and monitor key performance metrics.  Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.

    What We’re Looking For  Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing leadership role preferred.  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure.  Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.  Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
