    Scott Engineering, Inc. is looking for a skilled Paint Manufacturing Foreman who will be responsible to lead the assigned team and designate jobs for painters, Maintain a high quality of workmanship, work with other foremen to coordinate jobs, Inspect all painting equipment for proper working conditions, perform repairs to equipment as needed and perform any additional duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Assigns work, and oversees the work product. • Ensures operations and employees follow proper policies and procedures. • Determines proper layout for various work assignments and what equipment and materials will be necessary. • Checks quality and condition of equipment; assigns tasks to individual crew members and provides instructions as to how the work will be completed. • Instructs new employees as to specifications and procedures • Inspects work in progress and upon completion. • Ensures conformance with quality, safety and production standards. • Participates in a variety of work activities related to Paint operations. • Skillfully uses and demonstrates the operation of a variety of power equipment and hand tools. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation: $20 - $23
