In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the Solidworks Product Data Management (PDM) system. This is a position within the engineering group responsible for maintenance of PDM/CAD systems, databases, and infrastructure. This position supports all users, create standard processes and procedures, conducts ongoing training, and helps facilitate across functional departments. In this position, the individual will coordinate with Information Technology and the other key system stakeholders to ensure proper integration. Including development and optimization of the system. • Development and optimization of the workflows and interfacing to the company MRP system. • Support users (current and new) with training and troubleshooting.  • Support of projects including the development or advancements of design toolsets utilizing CAD best practices. • Develops relationships with outside engineering systems vendors and solution providers and our internal Information Technology group. • Manage licenses for all PDM and CAD software and modules. • Develop data cards, folder structures, and templates to ensure data consistency. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Exhibits good listening and comprehension skills, and can clearly communicate and express ideas, internally and externally. • Personable, approachable, and capable of teaching. • Strong technical experience in PDM or similar administration. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Desired Qualifications • Experience with 3D modeling and PDM best practices. • Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) • Certified Solidworks PDM Professional Administrator (CPAP). • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. • Programming experience. • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering or similar technical field Compensation: $26 Hourly
