    We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant with experience in marketing and sales. Your primary job will be to serve the marketing and sales departments in various facets including marketing materials and tradeshow planning, assisting in marketing our brand online and at events, and tradeshow preparation. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, requisitioning office supplies as needed, and other related items. Responsibilities: • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales and marketing department • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, reporting necessary repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques • Provides information by answering questions and requests • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, requisitioning orders for supplies • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent education required • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Compensation: $18 hourly
