  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient individual to assume the position of ERP Administrator (Infor Syteline). The ERP Administrator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of data within the organization's ERP system. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, as well as optimizing data processes to support business operations. Responsibilities: • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the Infor Syteline ERP system. • Datasets to include but not limited to CRM, Inventory, and Sales Reporting. • Responsible for managing and maintaining ERP scheduled database tasks, Report Rules, and Event Actions. • Regularly audit and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Generate reports and dashboards from ERP data to support decision-making. • Manage ERP data migration tools. • Implement data governance policies and standards. • Integrate data from various sources into the ERP system. • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues. • Collaborate with business analysts, business units, and functional users to provide insights into data trends and patterns. • Establish and enforce data quality standards. • Identify opportunities for improving data-related processes. • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance ERP system performance. • Maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications: • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business information systems, specifically ERP. • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication ability. • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks. • Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 3+ years of experience or 8+ years’ equivalent working experience. E-Verify is administered by SSA and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Compensation: $70,000 - $76,000 yearly
