    We are looking for an Operations Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations management team in order to verify that all processes have been carried out efficiently and effectively and who serves as a primary point of contact for operations departmental and interdepartmental communications. The Operations Administrator prioritizes, composes, and disseminates written and oral information to track and manage all operation records (i.e., KPIs and metrics), reporting directly to the COO. Responsibilities: • Monitor and track operations metrics and maintain data by various methods. • Assist with team meetings, coordinate schedules, and maintain records. • Handle inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. • Provide accurate information to COO for operational problems and where appropriate assist with corrective measures. • Draft documents, memos, and emails as needed. • Prepare presentations and other operational documents. • Research new operational technologies and methods. • Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with department and company policies. • Update and maintain operational systems and information in an organized manner. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. • Minimum of two years of experience in an operations assistant position. • Knowledge of computers, software applications, and database management. • Strong being of service orientation. • Advanced problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented and attention to accuracy. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Thorough understanding of operations processes, policies, and procedures. Compensation: $58,000 - $77,000 yearly
