Our organization is currently seeking a new team member to join our Human Assets Department in Learning and Development. The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor and appearance. They should also have the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. This position primarily involves tasks such as maintaining files, reviewing process instructions, implementing training modules through email and/or tablets, and developing interdepartmental relationships. The selected candidate will also be responsible for providing support to other departments as required. To be considered for this position, you should have experience in administrative support as well as computer literacy. Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration is preferred, and higher education is a plus. Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms such as Forms, SharePoint and/or other LMS platforms preferred. English grammar proficiency and attention to detail are required. You should be an expert in task management, have experience making tough decisions, and be extremely organized. Responsibilities: The individual must be able to perform the following effectively: • Update and maintain training files • Keep confidential documents organized • Conduct onboarding of new hires • Review process instructions and convert data into a training module • Maintain Scott University LMS in SharePoint • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations • Maintain the confidentiality of documents • Take initiative in your job and daily tasks • Provide admin support Qualifications: • Computer literacy required • 1 to 2 years experience developing and facilitating training modules • 1 to 2 years of experience developing training tests and evaluation surveys • 1 to 2 years of experience presenting data to groups or public speaking • Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration preferred • Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms such as Forms, SharePoint and/or other LMS platforms preferred • Higher education preferred • Fluent in Spanish A STATEMENT FROM SCOTT MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS HUMAN ASSETS DEPARTMENT Scott Manufacturing Solutions has partnered with E-Verify to verify work eligibility in the United States.
