A STATEMENT FROM SCOTT MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS HUMAN ASSETS DEPARTMENT Scott Manufacturing Solutions has partnered with E-Verify to verify work eligibility in the United States. E-Verify compares employee data from Form I-9 and Employment Eligibility Verification to records held by the DHS and SSA. WHAT IS E-VERIFY? E-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. E-Verify is administered by SSA and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Responsibilities: • Engage in direct sales efforts, providing detailed and strategic responses to RFQs from clients and third-party partners nationwide • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and our solutions • Proactively identify new business opportunities and sales channels • Deliver regular updates on sales activity, including pipeline, conversion rates, and strategic planning adjustments • Collaborate closely with engineering, customer experience, and other applicable teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to customer satisfaction • Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales processes and client communication effectively Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role; experience in the electric utility industry is a plus but not mandatory • A solid track record in sales, with direct experience in B2B environments preferred • Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for engaging presentations and persuasive negotiations • Organizational prowess and adept time management, with a focus on prioritization and multitasking • Independent self-starter with the drive to succeed and collaborate within a team setting • Eagerness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to new challenges Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000 yearly
