    Scott Manufacturing is looking for skilled general labor to assist and help keep the shop clean. You will work under close supervision, operate specialized tools and machinery that fire high-powered jets of sand at metal and other similarly hard surfaces, and assist in other departments as needed. Responsibilities: • Cleaning up workstations from debris and machinery • Helping erect scaffolding and ladders • Handling and transporting materials (e.g. sheet metal) • Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods) Qualifications: • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds, etc.) • Good hand-eye coordination • Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus • Communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to safety rules A STATEMENT FROM SCOTT MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS HUMAN ASSETS DEPARTMENT Scott Manufacturing Solutions has partnered with E-Verify to verify work eligibility in the United States. E-Verify is administered by SSA and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Compensation: $18 hourly
