  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient individual to assume the position of System Administrator. As a vital member of our organization, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and enhancing our computer systems and networks. Your role will encompass the installation, configuration, and resolution of technical issues related to our essential software. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for technical support, new employee training, and account provisioning. Responsibilities: • Actively enhance and maintain internal systems, including Syteline ERP, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc. • Address and resolve urgent technical issues promptly. • Provision new users and provide basic training to new employees on system usage. • Document technical processes and implement well-documented SOPs. • Present efficiency-improving solutions to management. • Quickly adapt to new systems and tools to support other departments. • Assist with the implementation and training of a fully integrated ERP system. • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications. • Work with our third-party IT service company in regard to new workstation setup and network issues. • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work. • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems. • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule. Qualifications: • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business information systems, specifically ERP. • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication ability. • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks. • Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles. • Certification as an IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
