Responsibilities: • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial buildings • Install and repair drywall, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, and other components in structures • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, and provide cost-effective solutions • Inspects building systems to ensure safe and compliant operation • Provide responsive customer service and address complaints in a timely manner Qualifications: • 1+ Year(s) of maintenance experience • Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues • Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations • Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively • US work authorization Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
