    We’re hiring a driven real estate team catalyst to be THE key point of contact to support our core team of top agents, carry out critical administrative tasks, streamline the business, and ensure that clients experience best-in-class service. This role will serve as a key liaison between the agents and our internal shared-services team that manages transaction and listing coordination. Some client communication will be necessary as well. This position is expected to work from the Saratoga Springs office. Candidates should be: • Critical thinkers and problem solvers • Extremely organized • Time-management ninjas • Savvy with common email, scheduling, and office software Responsibilities: • Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker • Coordinate with agents to keep transactions moving forward smoothly • Ensure that clients receive clear communications and updates on milestones and processes • Coordinate with HQ team to ensure administrative, marketing, and scheduling are completed on time • Assist with client and transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy and proper process flow • Accompany lead agents on appointments Qualifications: • Can work on deadline and handle private client information • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant • Real estate experience preferred but not required • Proficiency with common communication, and scheduling software • Service mentality • Technical proficiency • Proactive in problem-solving • Anticipating needs and taking the initiative • 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role or similar Compensation: $57,000 at plan
