    A Scout & Cellar Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Scout & Cellar Customers and Consultants. This position requires an empathetic, action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers and Consultants in expediting orders, correcting post-sale changes, first level technical support and financial questions based on our compensation plan. You will communicate with customers and Consultants primarily via phone and email and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast-paced environment.

    HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Handle customer and Consultant questions, concerns, order and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues with one call/one email.
    • Follow up and provide thorough, closed loop service on issues that cannot be addressed in a single call.
    • Handle escalated calls, chat queries and complaints including issues relating to policies, compliance, commission and returns. Escalate issues for non-resolved issues.
    • Appropriately document all cases, transactions and pertinent interactions.
    • Adhere to structured workday schedule to provide maximum incoming call coverage.
    • Participate in team meetings and required training.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    HERE IS WHAT YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • 1 – 2 years customer service experience in fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Direct selling experience a plus
    • Good IT Skills with Word, CRM, Email and other cloud-based software platforms
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal) and good comprehension skills- ability to clearly understand issues and offer appropriate solution in clear and concise language
    • Empathetic and passionate about helping others and creating an experience every time that leaves the customer or Consultant feeling great about Scout & Cellar
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
    • Personable, high energy and a team player
    • Able to cope with a fast paced, ever changing environment and to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
    • Excited to be part of a start up and be all hands-on deck
