    What you’ll do

    The Recruiter, Corporate & Brand Strategy will initially report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and work in close collaboration with hiring managers and colleagues across corporate and brand strategy functions.

    The essence of this role is to:

    • Hire for assigned positions primarily in corporate and brand strategy related functions 
    • Source and build a pipeline of diverse candidates for current and future open roles
    • Identify and interview qualified candidates as relevant for open positions
    • Manage a talent acquisition process from role creation through hiring for assigned positions
    • Provide a positive, inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience
    • Maintain accurate talent acquisition-related data and information in an applicant tracking system (and/or) other HR tech platforms
    • Achieve the hiring plan and KPIs as assigned
    • Represent Scout at talent acquisition related external events and forums

    Location & Travel: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events from time to time. Applicants should be based in the U.S. and able to convene for work related meetings at least quarterly as requested and be able to travel to participate in talent-acquisition related events. Application preference given to candidates based within the eastern time zone.

    What you’ll bring 

    • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience
    • Primary experience recruiting for roles in finance, legal, HR, strategy, marketing and communications functions 
    • Passion for providing positive and inclusive candidate-centric recruiting experiences informed by data
    • Commitment to cultivating diversity of candidate pools in accordance with Scout Motors talent strategy
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, collaborative orientation, enthusiastic attitude, growth mindset 
    • Ability to work well across departments and strengthen company culture through effective collaboration
