    What you’ll do

    Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace. 

    This is a hybrid role. At Scout we believe strongly in the power of in person collaboration to build culture, solve problems and drive innovation. You can expect a mix of remote and in person work based on role requirements. 

    The essence of this role is to:

    • Manage benefits providers (health, 401(k), ST/LTD)
    • Renew life insurance
    • Evolve compensation framework
    • Design and implement STI plan
    • Manage 2022 merit review and bonuses
    • Support the finalization and implementation of equity plan
    • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
    • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports 
    • Other tasks as needed

    What you’ll bring 

    • BS degree Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance or comparable experience in Human Resources or relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in comparable compensation and benefits role
    • Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist 
    • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management 
    • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
    • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
    • Familiarity knowledge of HRIS and MS Office 
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
