    EHC is looking for a Screen Assembler for a Client in the Conroe Area


    Status: Full-Time
    Start Date: 08/17/2026
    Shift: Day Shift

    No Education Requirement

    Interview Process

    Candidates will participate in a group interview and facility walkthrough. Interviews are available at either 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM. Steel-toed shoes or boots are required for entry.

    Schedule

    Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    Must be available to work 7 days per week as needed.

    Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

    Employees must provide their own steel-toed boots on the first day. All other required PPE will be provided by the employer.

    Pay Rate

    Compensation is based on manufacturing experience:

    • No Experience: $15.00/hour
    • 3+ Months Experience: $16.00/hour
    • 6+ Months Experience: $17.00/hour

    Job Summary

    The Screen Assembler is responsible for assembling screens according to engineering specifications while maintaining a safe, efficient, and quality-focused work environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assemble screens to engineering specifications using safe and efficient work practices.
    • Trim, mark, cut, grind, box, crate, and move materials as required.
    • Assemble components and remove parts from packaging for production.
    • Store equipment, materials, and tools in designated locations.
    • Inspect parts to verify proper dimensions, quality, and quantities.
    • Cross-train in multiple production areas to support manufacturing requirements and production schedules.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members; ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
    • Work overtime and weekends as required to meet business needs.
    • Perform duties in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
    • Assist with general facility housekeeping, including sweeping, emptying trash containers, organizing materials, and maintaining proper chemical storage.
    • Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
    • Use required personal protective equipment and safety devices.
    • Report safety concerns, productivity issues, and workplace injuries immediately.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Entry-level position; prior experience is not required.
    • Ability and willingness to be cross-trained in multiple work areas.
    • Flexible availability, including overtime and weekend work.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
    • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
