Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer with hands-on experience in the screen printing industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a production environment. This role involves setting up and operating screen printing equipment, ensuring the highest print quality, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.

Prepare screens, mix inks, and load apparel and promotional products for printing.

Inspect printed items for quality, making adjustments as needed.

Troubleshoot printing issues and perform basic press maintenance.

Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in screen printing required.

Familiarity with various substrates (e.g., apparel, bags, promotional items).

Strong understanding of screen preparation, registration, and ink mixing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automatic presses.

Knowledge of plastisol and water-based inks.

Familiarity with pre-press and reclaim processes.
