Challenger Teamwear is looking for experienced screen printers who can print logos and sponsors to sporting apparel.

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel, including jerseys, spirit wear, and team uniforms. The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Print logos, sponsors, and designs on athletic uniforms and apparel

Check for ink coverage and density, alignment and registration

Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards and deadlines

Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments during production

Completing all documentation for production requirements.

Set up screens for manual printing

Clean and maintain screens, presses, squeegees, and production equipment

Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced silk screen printer preferred, but training will be provided

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or apparel bundles as needed

Dexterity and Arm-Hand Steadiness – ability to quickly move hands, arms, fingers to grasp, manipulate or assemble and the ability to keep hand and arm steady.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet production goals

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.

PAY RATE:

$16-17 per hour, based on experience
