About the role — Technomark is seeking a Screen Printer to set up and run automatic screen printing presses and a cylinder press. You will troubleshoot print issues and make adjustments to maintain quality, registration, color, and production speed while following safety and quality guidelines.

· Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

· Job Type: Full-time employee

· Experience: 0-1 year (on-the-job training provided)

· Education: High school diploma/GED

· Pay: $18.00-$22.00

· Work Location: On-site

Responsibilities

Receive production orders and job assignments; verify quantities, tolerances, color sequence, and substrate requirements

Gather substrates, screens, inks, squeegees, and supplies needed to run the job.

Set up presses according to job requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.

Print proof sheets to confirm setup, registration, ink viscosity, and color.

Run production while maintaining target speed and making adjustments to sustain print quality, registration, and color.

Troubleshoot printing issues and solve problems to minimize downtime and scrap.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1 year of related screen-printing experience and/or training preferred but not required

Strong judgment of color, design, registration, and print quality.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).

Work environment & physical requirements

This role regularly requires standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work includes exposure to fumes and solvents.
