Screenmobile of Charlotte is seeking a positive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is right for you if you have experience in accounts receivable for a service or construction business. See detailed description below:
This position can be part time as the workload is typically around 30 hours a week. Schedule can be discussed during interview but typical hours are 9am-3pm 5 days a week or similar.
Specific Responsibilities:
Take in word orders from the previous day, log in our system, and send out invoices
Track and stay on top of all payments due to our company and follow up accordingly
Identify POs from builders and process correctly
Follow process in our CRM to ensure material is ordered when deposits are received
Must be able to navigate our CRM software, QBs, and other systems
Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments
Communicate with customers clearly and effectively
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Previous office experience especially in A/R or A/P
Professional appearance
Proficiency to navigate CRM software
Team player who can work independently
Excellent customer service skills
Problem solving skills/have common sense
