This role is at the heart of our Screening Center, serving as the primary point of contact for families navigating memory loss.     Position Overview

    · Status: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

    · Location: Palm Desert, CA

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Intake & Support

    § Manage all calls and referrals for screening services with empathy and professionalism.

    § Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in our Database and Google Calendar.

    § Welcome clients to the Screening Center, assist the screening staff during the screening process, and provide translation/interpretation for Spanish-speaking families.

    § Manage client files from intake to follow-up, ensuring all questionnaires, reports, and survey results are processed and filed with 100% accuracy.

    Community Outreach & Advocacy

    § Represent ACV as part of the East Valley Outreach Team, delivering presentations (in Spanish) for the Community.

    § Prepare materials for and participate in regional health fairs, congregations, and community meetings.

    Administrative Excellence

    § Provide general administrative support, including email correspondence and phone management.

    § Assist with the setup and check-in process for our services, group meetings and facility tours for visitors.

    § Ensure all informational materials are professional, updated, and ready for public presentation.

    Qualifications

    · Education/Experience: AA degree required, or 3+ years of success in a nonprofit setting.

    Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
