Job Description
As a Talent Support Associate , you will be responsible for ensuring our partners get the best support possible and providing relevant ever-changing resources for partners as part of a Talent Support Team. The primary function of this role is to provide customized support to your team’s assigned partners under the guidance of a Talent Manager. The approximate hours are 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities :
-Support partners according to company service practices as a dedicated contact for Screenwave resources. This includes connecting with internal and external resources to identify and facilitate opportunities in addition to overall release and back catalog strategy.
-Attend product development, support, and sales team meetings.
-Maintain a current knowledge of YouTube, music industry, and the overall creator economy trends, features, and practices through internal training and YouTube Certification programs.
-Opportunities to travel in the continental US may be available, but are not required.
-Remote work is possible, we encourage 1-2 trips per year to Bucks County, PA to collaborate in office with your Talent Team and other departments.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of customer service experience
-Basic understanding of YouTube, music rights and practices, and the creator economy
-Basic understanding of CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
-Understanding of gaming and anime preferred
$18 per hour
