Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. Responsible for routine maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in great condition. Troubleshoot with team members to resolve production issues efficiently. Maintain records of production runs and machine settings for Quality assurance. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet their standards. All Team members follow Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for everyone. Qualifications: Experience in operating multi-spindle screw machines, including New Britains, Euroturns, Acmes, and Davenports. Ability to change and grind form tools, drills, and cutoffs. Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues. Experience in using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators to verify part specifications. Skilled experience in maintaining tool sharpness and making necessary adjustments for part conformity. Understand safety rules, machine instructions, and procedure manuals to ensure a safe workplace. Experience with Statistical Process Control techniques for part requirements for quality assurance purposes. Compensation: $21 - $30 hourly
