The Help Desk Support Coordinator reports to the Systems Operations Manager. You'll keep our creative partners team organized, ensuring that all processes that support our freelancers and part-time employees are all running smoothly through a variety of tasks including:

• Orientation & Role Onboarding Set-up: Draft and send agreements, W-9 requests, and complete new hire paperwork. Schedule and lead general company orientation and role onboarding to all new creative partners
• Resource and Documentation Maintenance: Ensure all materials are up to date and accurate, and adding and archiving documentation as needed
• Field All Questions from our Creative Partners: Answer and maintain a log of questions, types of questions, and frequency to identify trends
• General Creative Partner Support: In general, be a help-desk superhero supporting the success of our creative partners!

By virtue of your position, you will learn everything about how the People department in a company that TRULY values people works, and you'll have a front-row seat as we scale our quickly growing business.

We have big plans and are scaling quickly, so advancement is guaranteed if you're accountable, produce results, and are committed to learning. We're Scribe Media, and our mission is to help everyone on earth write, publish and market their book.

The problem is that writing and publishing books are, for most people, a painful and difficult process, loaded with uncertainty and aggravation. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible so that as many people as possible can do it. 

We have multiple ways we help people do this. We can edit and publish an already written manuscript (Scribe Publishing), or we can help people write their book using a structured process with our guidance (Scribe Guided Author), or we can do a structured interview process that gets the book out of them in their words and their voice (Scribe Professional). 

And if you can't afford our services, that's fine. We give away all of our information for free. Seriously, it's called Scribe Book School, and it's better than any paid course on the internet.

Our company was started because a frustrated entrepreneur wanted to put all of her incredible knowledge and ideas into a book, but didn't have the time to write it or the patience to deal with the frustrating publishing process. So we solved her problem. The origin story is here.
