Have you worked as a medical scribe before?

Scribekick is hiring experienced medical scribes as we grow our team of all-star scribe trainers.

Trainer positions are a leadership role within Scribekick training new scribes.

Scribekick's trainers work to launch scribe services with new and expanding clients. It's the most rewarding part of being a scribe - being the first one to relieve all the pain points of documenting. You will be at the forefront of launching services and receive well-deserved thanks from providers for all the changes in their life now that they have a scribe!

Our trainer positions are the best in the scribe industry with vast experience across outpatient specialties (primary care, orthopedics, oncology, neurology, plastic surgery, dermatology, general surgery, and psychiatry) with industry-leading compensation.

    Why Scribekick:

    • You'll work with many physicians - expanding your network as you work across organizations and specialties with the support of Scribekick.
    • Medical schools love seeing training experience across specialties. It shows you were a high-performer that took on a leadership role with experience in a wide variety of medical specialties. Best of all, you'll have an idea going into medical school where your career might take you.
    • While most of our trainers go on to medical school after a stint with Scribekick (we love 'em but hate to see ‘em go), we also love our trainers to stay! Trainers that stay with us are frequently promoted into corporate-level positions within Scribekick. This is a stepping stone role to growing your career with us!
    • Trainers have the opportunity to work with a phenomenal management and trainer team, while also building personal relationships with providers and new scribes… See for yourself with some anonymous testimonials from our trainer team!

“Working as a Virtual Scribe Trainer for Scribekick has been an amazing learning experience. I have the opportunity to learn about a variety of medical specialties during my time documenting for a physician and subsequently teaching another scribe their preferences. It is the perfect job for someone who likes medical science and desires to learn how to optimize clinic flow. Plus, you can work in your pajamas if you wish!” - Virtual Trainer

“During my time as a virtual scribe trainer at Scribekick, I have had the opportunity to work with and train in many different specialties, as well as initiate scribe services with a wide variety of providers. As a trainer, we get to build the bridge between a provider who may be falling behind in chart documentation and a fully trained medical scribe who is equipped for the job. This has allowed me to gain valuable leadership experience, as well as a better understanding of medicine in general. With the support I received from the management team, I feel that I was fully prepared to do my job, including the completion of kickoff calls, workflow days, and training of new scribes. Although our roles as scribes and scribe trainers seem small in the medical field, we ultimately get to provide an opportunity for providers to give the best care they can for their patients. I am forever grateful for the opportunity that Scribekick gave me as I continue to pursue a career in medicine.” - _Virtual Trainer _
