    Scribekick is currently seeking a HR Coordinator to assist in our work as we recruit, hire, and train new scribes. This is a full-time role that will closely partner with internal teams to focus on our recruitment efforts with additional responsibilities spanning into other HR functional areas. This is a fully remote role, though candidates based in the Richmond or Charlottesville areas are preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    SUPPORT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND OPERATIONS

    • Review applications 
    • Scheduling phone interviews between candidates and self
    • Conducting phone interviews
    • Tracking data related to searches
    • Handle candidate communication throughout the interview process
    • Assist in coordinating candidate hiring seminars
    • Job posting management 
    • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
    • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
    • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
    • Additional Responsibilities and Duties, As Assigned

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1 year of Human Resources or related experience 
    •  Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 3 years of Human Resources experience
    • Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia
    • Ability to work virtually with a dedicated, quiet workspace

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in Recruitment function
    • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
    • Knowledge of employment laws
    • Candidates based in Richmond, VA or Charlottesville, VA are preferred
