Job Description: As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients, develop treatment goals, and implement appropriate treatment plans using a variety of physical therapy procedures. From outpatient care to supervising PTA for pediatrics, your role will be diverse and rewarding. You'll work under the general direction of the Director of Rehab Services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care to our patients.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical function
• Establish realistic treatment outcome goals in measurable terms
• Plan and implement dynamic treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Provide care with consideration of developmental status and age-appropriate techniques

Work Conditions/Hours:

• Normal hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
• Physical Therapy clinic conditions
• Opportunity for weekend rotation (1x/month)

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
