    Join Our Team as a Nurse Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care in Fort Worth, Texas! 

    About the Role: Ready to take on a pivotal role in healthcare? As a Nurse Manager in our Medical Surgical department, you'll share 24-hour accountability with the Director of Clinical Operations for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our unit. You'll maintain a safe environment, uphold quality care standards, and contribute to the overall mission and goals of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure patient and staff safety through adherence to Safety and Infection Control Programs.
    • Maintain quality of care by following departmental policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Take ownership of providing consistent, high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital standards.
    • Manage operational and capital budgets alongside the Vice President of Cardiac Services.
    • Continuously develop your clinical management skills and professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience within a unit is required.
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
    • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas, with BCLS and ACLS certifications.
    • Preferably hold national certification in your area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).

    Salary:

    • Minimum: $84,849
    • Mid-range: $106,059 (for 10+ years of experience)
    • Maximum: $127,274 (for 20+ years of experience)

    Sign-on bonus: Not guaranteed Relocation: Case-by-case basis
