    Salary Range:

    • $27.09/hr (3-4 years experience)
    • $32.51/hr (5-8+ years experience)
    • $34.67/hr (6-8+ years experience)

     

    Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

    Job Summary:
    Join our amazing team as a Medical Technologist, where you'll provide expertise and champion results in laboratory testing. We value teamwork and patient experience, and we're seeking a phenomenal addition to our dedicated staff.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing, including analyzing proficiency testing samples.
    • Assume departmental responsibility in the absence of the supervisor.
    • Complete all required documentation pertaining to patient results and handle critical laboratory specimens.
    • Perform stat procedures within established turnaround time targets.
    • Use good judgment and independent thinking in correlating and interpreting patient results.
    • Review pending and result logs, resolving outstanding workload or communicating to staff relief.
    • Perform quality control procedures per protocol and take corrective action when necessary.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology preferred.
    • State of Florida Technologist License required, or ability to obtain during the interview process.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
