Wanted: Nurse Manager of Surgical Services in Fort Worth, TX!

Under the guidance of the Unit/Department Director, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our units while upholding the highest standards of patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate all department functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for supervisors and staff, providing support and education as needed.
• Take ownership of maintaining the quality of care provided to our patients.
• Make informed decisions aligned with our Administrative Operational Standards and in collaboration with our leadership team.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience within a unit is a must.
• An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bachelors in Nursing will be required within 3 years of employment.
• Must hold an RN license eligible to practice in Texas, with CNOR Specialty Certification preferred.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Salary:

• Minimum: $84,849
• Mid-range: $106,059 (for 10+ years of experience)
• Maximum: $127,274 (for 20+ years of experience)

Sign-on bonus: Not guaranteed
