Job Description

✅ Facilitate Agile Processes – Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives) and ensure Agile adoption.
✅ Team Coaching & Blockers – Guide teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, and improve productivity.
✅ Support Product Owner – Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
✅ Drive Continuous Improvement – Track metrics (velocity, burndown) and refine processes for efficiency.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Foster teamwork, ensure transparency, and communicate progress effectively.

Required Skills:

✔ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
✔ Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
✔ Problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills
✔ Proficiency in Jira/Agile tools
✔ Excellent communication & facilitation skills
