Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: On site

Contract Duration: 12+ months

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Scrum Master with strong Agile expertise to support our teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master
• Prior experience in software development, project management, or Agile coaching
• Certifications: Scrum Master or Agile-related certification required
• Preferred Experience:
• Software delivery in regulated industries (e.g., medical, financial, transportation)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning)
• Identify and remove team impediments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive Agile best practices
• Support product owners in backlog refinement
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile adoption

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) to build relationships and navigate challenges
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on incremental improvements
• Ability to align tactical execution with strategic objectives

Success Metrics:

• Positive team and stakeholder feedback
• Effective facilitation of Agile practices and team performance improvement
