Required Skills:

✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

✅ CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)

✅ Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies:

Daily Stand-ups

Sprint Planning

Sprint Reviews

Retrospectives

Backlog Grooming

✅ Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

✅ Banking/Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred

✅ Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
