Qualifications
Required:
- Onsite in Denver, CO 3 days a month
- 5–10+ years of total IT / product delivery experience.
- 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Experience working with Multiple Agile teams or “team-of-teams” environments.
- Enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
- Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements (velocity, quality, delivery time).
- Strong servant leadership mindset with experience mentoring Scrum Masters and coaching Product Owners and leadership.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and expectation management.
- Ability to align business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and manage backlogs/workflows.
- Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage dependencies at scale.
