SCULLY COMPANY is seeking a Full-time Porter/Janitorial for BRIDGEVIEW APARTMENTS (160 UNITS) IN ALLENTOWN, PA. HOURLY RATE: $15/hour 

The primary responsibilities of the Porter involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. They will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs custodial work within the grounds of the community, offices, and other building interiors.
• Typical tasks performed include a combination of the following:
  • Daily handling of Bridgeview's trash disposal needs, including collection of trash from trash rooms and running trash compactors.
  • Grounds patrol and picking up of litter on the street and in the community itself.
  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning, window cleaning, etc of common hallways, amenity areas, and restrooms
  • Clean apartments and carpets (when needed) for move-ins.
  • Removing snow and putting down salt as needed in the winter
  • As needed overall top to bottom cleaning of turnover units including trash disposal

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic janitorial skills 
• 1-2 year experience in light maintenance (property management experience a plus)
