    YOUR MAIN PRIORITIES ARE:

    • Help conceptualize, plan and execute special projects & events for Scully while building internal/external relationships.
    • Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or company-wide initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
    • Supporting special projects for Scully, such as resident event concepts, company councils, and teambuilding and group outings
    • Assist in defining and implementing company policies, procedures and best practices in order to accomplish company objectives as set forth by the company President and property owner
    • Responsible for providing logistical support and office coordination on behalf of the President
    • Meeting/event scheduling and planning: plans & coordinates company events; records and distributes meeting minutes and debriefs; assists in preparing agendas, documents and presentations
    • Ability to work in both a team environment as well as work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
    • Collaborate and brainstorm with Director of Sales and Marketing frequently on projects
    • Work with Digital Marketing Manager on social media account management, updates, and projects as needed

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, exceptional related experience may be substituted

    • 5+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role

    • A Self-Starter that works well in a dynamic & fast-paced setting

    • Tech Savvy and comfortable adapting to new systems

    • Comfort with all aspects of social media and creating presentations
