Requirements

• 7+ years experience
• Healthcare structural design
• Certification with LEED AP, PMP or FPE, is a plus
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local building codes and safety laws
• Must be able to clearly communicate design details, specifications, and operating requirements to other team members in support of business decision-making.
• Certification with RCDD, BICSI is highly desirable This position requires an ability to work collaboratively with other team leads and as well drive and motivate work within their team. The position holder must also have strong multitasking skills, be capable of performing well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in the use of Revit MEP tool. AutoCAD may also be used if needed.
