Job Brief

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our pre-construction phase, working closely with the estimating team, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely project estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Helping support Estimating dept including all communication and coordination with subcontractors
• Project startup packets
• Willingness to update and streamline our current bid list and level board
• Willingness to update and keep track of all of our subcontractors and constantly be checking contact information and both our bid list and Building Connected list of subs

Requirements

• Does not need to be HVAC-specific experience, but does need construction-related experience in the project lifecycle (Permits, Job booking, RFI’s, Change Orders, Submittals, Invoicing, Purchasing, Job Costing)
• Timberline/Sage 300 experience helpful
• 3+ years admin/coordination experience required
